Introduction
1.1 At Alankar Sarees, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product in accordance with this Returns Policy.
2. Returns
2.1 You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
2.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in its original packaging.
3. Process
3.1 To initiate a return, contact us at info@alankar.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3.2 Once you have an RMA number, securely package the item and include your proof of purchase and the RMA number.
4. Refunds
4.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
5. Exchanges
5.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at info@alankar.co.uk
6. Shipping
6.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6.2 If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
